CÂMARA CONVOCA SECRETÁRIO PARA EXPLICAR SITUAÇÃO DO SISTEMA DE SAÚDE

Em atenção à solicitação do vereador Romerito Pereira (Pros), que preside a Comissão de Saúde da Câmara Municipal, o presidente do Legislativo, João Vanderlei (Podemos), convocou na manhã de segunda-feira (18), para uma reunião com os demais edis o senhor Rafael Rabelo, Secretário de Saúde Municipal, a fim de que pudesse detalhar os problemas que hoje enfrenta o sistema de saúde pública de Guajará-Mirim e que projetos pretende implantar a curto e médio prazo para que se conserte este estado de coisas.

Muito à vontade e com ciência de causa, o secretário respondeu às interpelações de todos os vereadores nesta sabatina. A respeito dos reclames acerca das enormes filas de pacientes na entrada do Hospital Regional, disse que vai desafogar de forma gradual este problema montando esquema para absorver o maior número de pessoas por dia. Explicou que o Hospital Regional hoje opera com escalas de dois médicos, três enfermeiros e cinco técnicos em enfermagem e o Hospital de Campanha com dois médicos, dois enfermeiros e quatro técnicos em enfermagem. Garantiu que ainda esta semana haverá aumento nestes números para melhorar a atenção aos munícipes.

Sobre as medidas anticovid, o presidente da Casa o colocou a par de que em 2020, todas as semanas chegavam da Prefeitura Projetos para ações de combate ao Corona-Vírus, mas que muito pouco ou quase nada se efetuou, apesar de aprovadas todas as matérias. Em resposta, o secretário pontuou que estará fazendo prestação de contas de todas as ações que houverem no sistema de Saúde. Afirmou que vai levantar tudo o que de errado ocorre no setor, desde escala médica, folha de ponto, prontuários, ambulâncias, aparelhos, estoque de farmácia, exames, sala de cirurgia, atenção nos postos de saúde, dentre outras coisas.

A respeito da pandemia, disse não ter ciência exata de quantas vacinas chegarão à Guajará-Mirim esta semana, mas que uma vez entregues à Secretaria de Saúde, vai colocar o Hospital de Campanha e os postos de Saúde Delta Martins e Carlos Chagas como locais para aplicação do imunizante Corona-Vac.

A este fórum de debates também foi levada a questão da conclusão do novo Hospital Regional cuja construção iniciou-se há sete anos com 12 meses como prazo para entrega, mas encontra-se parada desde 2014. Quanto a este assunto o secretário de saúde concordou com o presidente da Câmara quando sugeriu que todos os vereadores poderiam efetuar em conjunto uma vistoria completa no hospital, fazerem filmagens do que está faltando aprontar e exigir do Governo do Estado respostas para a conclusão imediata do complexo médico. Acertou-se que ainda esta semana a Câmara vai efetuar tal inspeção.

Outros assuntos pautados: Programa Mais Médicos, Saúde Familiar, agentes emergenciais, reservas de cilindros de oxigênio, atenção médica no distrito de Surpresa, falta de educação e mau atendimento por parte de funcionários do Hospital e dos postos de saúde, aparelhos de raio X e cirurgias eletivas. Todos os vereadores fizeram perguntas e todas as perguntas tiveram respostas a contento.

Com início às 11 e trinta da manhã, a reunião se estendeu até Uma e Meia da tarde.
