O valor descrito no projeto é de R$1.000.000.00 (Um milhão de Reais), que será destinado para compra de uma fábrica de Oxigênio com objetivo de atender a população do município de Guajará-Mirim, em conformidade com o que percentual a Lei Federal 4.320 de 17 de março de 1964 em seus artigos 41, inciso I e artigo 42.

Na manhã desta segunda-feira, 15, os vereadores da Câmara Municipal de Guajará-Mirim, estiveram votando e aprovando em regime de urgência em sessão extraordinária o projeto de lei do Executivo Municipal de N° 04/GAB/PREF/21, que “Autoriza o Poder Executivo Municipal a proceder a abertura de credito adicional suplementar com anulação parcial no orçamento geral do município do exercício financeiro de 2021, com recursos da SEMSAU”.

O presidente da Casa de Leis vereador Pastor João Vanderlei de Melo (Podemos), destacou a importância do projeto “Estamos votando nesse momento, o projeto de suma importância que permitirá a Prefeitura realizar a compra dessa usina de oxigênio para nosso município, vai garantir autonomia de oxigênio para atender a demanda atual. Uma vez que recentemente a empresa que fornece esse serviço para os municípios do estado, alertou sobre uma possível falta do abastecimento nos próximos dias e para não venhamos passar por grandes dificuldades, estamos autorizando o Poder Executivo municipal fazer a aquisição dessa usina”.

O projeto foi aprovado pelos parlamentares por unanimidade e foi encaminhado para a Sanção do Poder Executivo.
